We are committed to ensuring complete confidence in your purchase, which is why we offer a structured 45–90 night sleep trial on eligible mattresses. This trial period allows you to fully experience your new sleep system in the comfort and familiarity of your own home, enabling your body to properly adjust to its materials, support structure, and comfort profile over time.

During this evaluation period, customers are encouraged to assess key performance factors such as spinal alignment, pressure relief, motion isolation, temperature regulation, and overall sleep quality. If the mattress does not meet your comfort expectations, our team will work closely with you to provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our exchange or adjustment policy.
