90-Night Sleep Trial Exchange

We offer a 90-Night Sleep Trial.

It can takes weeks for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress. For this reason, we require a minimum 30-night trial period before initiating any exchange. If you are not satisfied after 30 nights, you may return to our store within the 90-night trial period to select a different mattress.

Exchange & Return Policy on select brands

Purple, Avocado, Nectar, DreamCloud, Helix, and Casper
One-time exchange or return is allowed. A $99.99 delivery fee and a 5% restocking fee will apply.

All Other Brands
One-time exchange only. A 20% restocking fee and re-delivery fee will apply.

Exclusions

The 90-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to:

• Closeout items

• Floor samples

• Products that are dirty, stained, or damaged due to misuse

Non-Mattress Product Returns

Refunds are available only for products that are brand new and in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging.

If a product has been opened or used, we will assist you in requesting a warranty repair or replacement for any manufacturing defects, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Please note that warranties may be voided if the product is found to be unsanitary or damaged due to misuse.
